Kudos to Chris and Alex who performed the job. They were familiar with the complexities involved (condo with system in outdoor closet with WH). Job was performed timely as stated. Good experience with Chris and with GB Services overall at the end of 2022. They were prompt with the estimate and the service. Our HVAC replacement wasn't an easy job as they ran into a couple of bad surprises along the way, and the team patiently worked through them. The new unit ended up being slightly bigger than the doorway, and they had to remove a piece of the frame. I'll admit the end result left a couple of scratches in places, but considering the issue and effort I'm pleased with the result. It was a long, frustrating day for Chris and team, I know. I appreciate how hard they worked and their commitment to getting it done that day. The price seemed reasonable, and we'll work with them again for future needs.

Troy, Marcus, Chris and Alex at GB Services have been a great source of help -- and solace -- in getting and keeping my 13+ year old HVAC system in solid working order. What a relief!! GB was great! Their visit fee is half as much as the company I was using and were very upfront about costs. My AC was out on the hottest day of the year. Chris couldn't have tried harder to ensure it was fixed. He even followed up several times that day to make sure it was working! I couldn't recommend them more!

Techie ("Chris") was on time for semi-annual Fall service. He was thorough, knowledgable, conscientious, affable. Provided understandable answers to my incessant questions. Furnace & heat pump (Carrier) purchased Nov. 2018. G.B.'s quote for equipment was better than other name brand provider and equipment, so far, has performed w/o any issues.

Another wonderful factor is that everyone in this company communicates with each other so the frustration of getting a different answer has never occurred, which gives me such piece of mind that I don't have to figure out why I'm getting conflicting information like so many other companies.

I found GB Services for an IT closet cooler at work. They've proven themselves much better than the last vendor and I also signed up for their contract at my home. It would be nice if they scheduled visits automatically as part of their contracts. But as long as you set reminders so you can call and schedule regular service you're good. When a small unit at work lost a compressor they were super honest about it not being worth replacing because of cost. They also recommended I get the replacement online because it isn't something they purchase so would cost more getting from them. Great service for over a year now and don't plan on switching.

I Would recommend using GB services. Mark and Brandy are super helpful, responsive and understanding. They believe in quality customer service and it shows in how they take care of their customers. I had a routine maintenance servicing and needed them to come back out to check on something, they arrived the next day and made sure everything was in working order. Mark was available to answer questions and Brandy was great at proving updates on the techs location and schedule. Please consider using them for your hvac needs,I will be a return customer for sure!

My experience was very good, not at all what I was expecting. They always called when they were on their way, and were always on time or within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment. They fixed our issue and checked out the entire system, also giving me pointers on maintenance and things I should do myself. Overall very pleased with the service!
