Posted on L D.Verified Good experience with Chris and with GB Services overall at the end of 2022. They were prompt with the estimate and the service. Our HVAC replacement wasn't an easy job as they ran into a couple of bad surprises along the way, and the team patiently worked through them. The new unit ended up being slightly bigger than the doorway, and they had to remove a piece of the frame. I'll admit the end result left a couple of scratches in places, but considering the issue and effort I'm pleased with the result. It was a long, frustrating day for Chris and team, I know. I appreciate how hard they worked and their commitment to getting it done that day. They've proven themselves much better than the last vendor and I also signed up for their contract at my home. It would be nice if they scheduled visits automatically as part of their contracts. But as long as you set reminders so you can call and schedule regular service you're good. When a small unit at work lost a compressor they were super honest about it not being worth replacing because of cost. They also recommended I get the replacement online because it isn't something they purchase so would cost more getting from them. Mark and Brandy are super helpful, responsive and understanding. They believe in quality customer service and it shows in how they take care of their customers. I had a routine maintenance servicing and needed them to come back out to check on something, they arrived the next day and made sure everything was in working order. Mark was available to answer questions and Brandy was great at proving updates on the techs location and schedule.
